George suffered badly from rheumatism and had been unable to work for a week or so due to his hands being swollen He had left home the previous day with the supposed intention of returning to work but he did not return home that night and his body was spotted by a brakes-man on a train the following morning. He was lying in a pool of blood beside the railway line his body having received several injuries . It had been a cold winter's night and his body was underneath a slight fall of snow. The newspaper report of the accident and inquest state that the jury returned a verdict "that the deceased was wandering on the railway line whilst temporarily insane and was knocked down by a passing train".

Harry Creasey Dies After Long Illness
Harry Creasey, 66 years of age, father of Harry Creasey, Jr., former manager of the Capital theatre, now of Chilliwack, B.C., died early Thursday morning in a local hospital following an illness of four months.
Mr. Creasey, who resided at 515 Fourth avenue west, is survived by his son, and a nephew and niece, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Creasey, of Calgary. His wife predeceased him three years ago.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from Jacques funeral home, Rev. J. M. Roe officiating. Interment will be in Burnsland cemetery.

Women Will Attend Funeral of Community Worker Wednesday
Several of the women's societies in Calgary will turn out in a body on Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Pro0Cathedral of the Redeemer, where funeral services will be conducted by Very Rev. Dean R. H. Robinson, for Mrs. Florence Ellen Creasey, aged 55 years, 732 Third avenue west, who passed away at her home at 4 o'clock Monday afternoon, after an illness which had lasted for several months.
Deceased was a sister and worker in the Orange Order, being worthy mistress of Ulster Lodge No. 220, L.O.B.A., for two years. She was a member of Anoka Rebekah Lodge, auditor for the Daughters and Maids of England, and was treasurer of the Pro-Cathedral Mother's Union.
She was born in Brightlingsea, Essex, England, and came to Calgary in 19??.
Mrs. Creasey is survived by her husband and one son, Harry of Calgary; five brothers, Sidney Rashbrook, Vancouver; Abram, Frank, Ernest and Robert Rashbrook, all of London, England; five sisters, Mrs. Winnifred Woodland, Australia; Mrs. Lillian Frith, Mrs. Maude Seaborne, Mrs. Grace Brockwell, all of London, England, and Mrs. Constance Wilson, Calgary, and her father, Abram Rashbrook, London, England.
