• Baptism, 1839, St Merryn, Cornwall. Betsy Jane Gregor was baptised at St Merryn on 16 June 1839 Elizabeth Gregor was baptised at St Merryn on 17 June 1839.
It seems probably that these two childrens names, parents and addresses were mixed up by whoever entered the records in the register. Later census shows Betsy Jane with her parents Henry Gregor and his second wife Mary at Trenouth and Elizabeth with her parents Henry (son of aforementioned Henry) and his wife Maria at Shop.
