The funeral service for a widely-known Westboro hardware merchant, Cyril William Moore, 366 Berkeley avenue, Westboro, was held Saturday in All Saints Anglican Church, Westboro. Mr. Moore, who operated a hardware business on the Richmond Road, died Thursday in hospital. He was 49. Officiating at the service were Rev. D.M. Christie, Archdeacon J.C. Anderson and Rev. K. Clark. Burial was in Pinecrest cemetery.
Chief mourners including his wife, the former Myrtle Craig; his mother, Mrs. Fanny Moore; two sons, Cyril William (Billie) and Rowland; two daughters, Margorie Ann and Gloria, all at home; four brothers, Fred, Donald, James, all of Ottawa and Bernie with the RCAF in Edmonton, and three sisters, Mrs R.C. Sissons, Mrs Robert Whitmore, both of Ottawa and Miss Dorothy Moore of Toronto.
